What happens after my 14-day trial?
Nothing happens automatically. You don't need a card to start, so you'll never be charged unless you choose a plan. When your trial ends, pick a monthly or yearly plan in the app to keep using ImageInsight.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's an option in the tool to manage your billing, so you can cancel your subscription any time without any fuss or emails.
Does it work for in-person sessions as well as video?
Yes. ImageInsight was built to work exactly the same way whether you're in the room with your client or on a call, whichever video tool you use.
Do my clients need their own account?
No. You set up the session and send your client a link so they can select the question and images themselves. The link is synchronous, so you see what they've chosen in real time. It closes automatically once the session ends.
